DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER’S BETH CHAPMAN ELECTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL BAIL AGENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (PBUS) AT THE ORGANIZATION’S ANNUAL WINTER CONFERENCE IN LAS VEGAS

Las Vegas, NV – Beth Chapman, co-star of A&E’s DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER, was elected Senior Vice President of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) yesterday at The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, where the organization representing over 15,000 bail agents nationwide is holding its annual winter conference.

PBUS acts as the national voice of bail agents.  Since its founding in 1981, PBUS and its alliance with State associations have advanced the profession through Legislative advocacy, professional networking, continuing education, support of bail agent certification, enhanced liability insurance, and development of a code of ethics.

“I am so grateful to my fellow bail agents for putting their faith in me to serve as their Senior Vice President,” said Beth. “I said a prayer of thanks with Duane beside me, and my first call was to my mom.”

“I am so proud of my Bethie,” added a glowing Duane Chapman.  “PBUS is a large national organization of our peers, and Beth is the only woman from Hawaii to ever hold this office.”

Both Duane and Beth Chapman also won an award at the conference in appreciation of their dedication, commitment and leadership to PBUS and their profession on February 21st.
